Mental Health
Toronto was established to address the mental health needs of children,
adolescents and families. Guided by a philosophy that emphasizes strengths,
counselling and psychotherapy are provided with the firm belief that

and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity, Mental Health
Toronto believes that the needs of children are best met within the context
of their families and wherever possible, the whole family must be involved
in helping to develop solutions and strategies that work for them.
